Cons: \*it was HOT in that house. We had fans going and windows open but it was unbearable some nights in the upstairs rooms which made for an awful night’s sleep. We could not keep sliders open because there were no screens and the bugs would come in. Get sliding screen doors for a cross breeze! \*farther walk to the beach than listed\* the living room furniture was very uncomfortable and hard to sit on as the small sectional pieces slid apart. You definitely could not lay down to rest after a day out and about. \*upon arrival the bedroom in the basement had a very strong smell of chemical cleaner. The listing includes photos but they are not accurate. We needed to use the public access farther away and much less convenient especially with children and older adults. The neighborhood was nice and the beach was beautiful. The house was mostly comfortable except it got very hot and there are no screens on the sliding doors or shades to block the sun. The rooms in the basement smell very musty, so were not usable. The house was perfect for a bunch of adults. There was enough privacy with three floors and three bathrooms but it was easy to hang out together too. We have three young kids with us and it was perfect for them as well. The access to the beach was a few minute walk from the house but for the price it was worth it.
