Location was easy to find, easy to park on the street and it was close to all the areas we wanted to visit. The property was clean and easy to access. The internet didn't reach the attic room but we weren't in the room that much so it wasn't a bother

No tv signal, breakfast was a shambles. Sausages weren’t cooked properly and beans cold. Not much left even going down at 9.30 am

Main issue was the check in- granted it was late in the evening however we waited over 20 minutes as the only poor member of staff on was working the bar as well as reception.
Air conditioning in the rooms has been switched off and they provide a fan which was needed but noisy.
Rooms are dated but bed was very comfortable. Didn’t try breakfast as having read some reviews we decided to give it a miss. Overall an okay stay for one night

Free parking, buffet breakfast and clean rooms.
Staff were really pleasant and helpful. Only down side was that the drinks are expensive but you expect that.

Room was very big and clean with a huge window and a lovely view of the Liver Building .
Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant.
