"Basically when you book this place you get no address (just incorrect gps coordinates labeled L2 L2 that take you somewhere in the same town, to the house of an Indian family, which you can imagine our mutual suprise when I knocked on the door). They also have no Email address, and a phone number that leads to a company in Germany that doesn't answer the phone. Also the messaging feature on vrbo is turned off for this property. I spent at least an hour on hold over all the times I called to try...

"We stayed in this property just for 2 nights, but got amazingly lucky in that when midnight hit on NYE, we were treated to a birds eye view of what felt like everyone in Garmisch-Partenkirchen shooting up fireworks all around us. From the balcony we sat as a family and took it all in. What a fun surprise! The property is right on the historic walking and shopping street. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everything was clean, modern but cozy, and comfortable."

"We stayed there last week of February and despite the cold temperatures it was a warm and cosy place to be at. The owners are very kind and helpful. The apartment we stayed at was the 55m2 one on the ground floor and it was spacious for the 4 of us. The king size bed had a bit of a soft mattress so my husband complained a bit about back pain but we all slept well. Our daughters of 7 and 8 loved the bunk bed! The kitchen is very small, can only cook with 2 pans but we worked our way around it...

"We were greeted by our gracious host, Gabi, who was very pleasant and helpful. First floor apartment was well equipped for our family of six. "Stayed for a week and split time sightseeing between nearby mountains and Munich. The location worked great for this approach with lots to see and do within a 1 hour drive (we chose to rent a car). The apartment itself is great with a satisfying minimalistic approach that I appreciate, iIt is comfortable and quiet and perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. The hosts were top notch with excellent communications and advice/help. Highly recommend."

Room was huge but it had almost no furniture in it and the furniture it did have seemed like stuff they got from an apartment somebody was moving out of. Our room was right next to a park that was decent to look at but had a lot of noise coming from it later in the evening. All in all we were satisfied and would not avoid this hotel. Parking was very convenient."
