Property was very clean and spacious, and got a nice welcome from Rosemary with an explanation of key things we needed to know.Particularly loved the garden and the wildlife - seeing deers, foxes, squirrels and red kites all close by.We used our stay as a base to visit legoland and Harry Potter studios. But also in a very good location for Bicester and Oxford visits.Would definitely recommend a stay at Alfie's Barn to others, would stay again if planning to be in the area. ##### Christopher H. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was a very well equipped kitchen and we managed very well even with covid restrictions. The hob could be a bit tricky but Rosemary was very quick to help. It really was a home from home and there was plenty of wildlife to watch. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area. The lounge is snug and would be smallish for 5 , but is cosy and the cottage is warm. What a find. Rosemary the owner met us at the barn and showed us around and how everything worked. It has the wow factor as soon as you walk through the front door.There were 5 adults in our party and more than enough space for us all. Rosemary has done a wonderful job making the place feel very homely and relaxing, great outdoor space as well. We were there for 3 nights but wish we could have stayed longer.
