With its three-story layout and proximity to the center of Bibinje, only 2 km away, you'll enjoy a peaceful yet convenient location. The property boasts an impressive 616 m2 fenced area, complete with a delightful angular swimming pool (7 x 3 m, 23 m2, depth 140 cm) that is available seasonally from May 1st to October 1st, providing a refreshing escape during your stay. An internal staircase leads to the pool area, where you'll also find a hot tub, garden furniture, and a barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining and relaxation.  
  
Outdoors  
The outdoor spaces of this vacation rental are truly remarkable. The property features a stunning angular swimming pool, measuring 7 x 3 m and covering an area of 23 m2, with a depth of 140 cm. This pool is available seasonally from May 1st to October 1st, ensuring you can enjoy refreshing dips during your stay. Complementing the pool area is a hot tub, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration. Comfortable garden furniture invites you to bask in the sun, and a barbecue area is perfect for enjoying delicious outdoor meals.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 6-room house that spans 180 square meters across three levels, with a south-west facing position. The living/dining room measures 45 square meters and features an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV (flat screen), along with air conditioning. This room provides access to the terrace. There is one room equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm in length, complete with air conditioning. Another room has a French bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm in length, also with air conditioning. The open kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and it is air-conditioned as well. Additionally, there is a shower/WC and a separate shower/bidet/WC on this level. On the lower ground floor, you'll find another living/dining room spanning 18 square meters with a fan. This level also features a room with a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm in length, satellite TV (flat screen), and an open kitchen with one induction hot plate and an electric coffee machine. However, there is no heating option on this level. The upper floor consists of one room with a double sofa bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm in length, a separate WC, and a shower. This room provides access to the terrace.

During your vacation, you will have access to various amenities, including air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue (electric), a dishwasher, a fireplace, satellite TV, a Jacuzzi bathtub, heat availability (except on the lower ground floor), a microwave, and a television. The maximum capacity of the property is eight guests, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms available.

You will have access to outdoor spaces, such as a 21-square-meter roofed terrace, a 3-square-meter terrace, terrace furniture, deck chairs, and a distant view of the sea.
