"The five of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the villa....the amenities were all as described, and the owner Julie was delightful. It certainly felt like home from home, and once we had mastered the hob and cooker we were away. We would certainly recommend the villa, the only downside was getting into the garage as with such a big car it was very tight, but after a few days we mastered that too. We all would certainly return, and fingers crossed if the golfing event is in Biarritz again next...

"My overall impression of the property is that it is beautiful, very hip vibe. However, there are a few maintenance issues in the yard, and two very quirky bathrooms. The entry gate into the property is very difficult and sticks, the key would sometimes grab and sometimes circle around a few times then grab. When we arrived the ornamental tall grasses were so overgrown, and encroaching onto the sidewalk. I personally took a scissors and trimmed them back, because there is nothing more...

"The apartment is 15 minutes far from the center of Biarritz and well connected with the service. The housekeeper is really kind however we have found the apartment really dirty, mistly the bathroom"

"Property is very convenient, clean, quiet and comfortable. The only problem was determining whether we had prepaid breakfast included in our booking. We were initially told we had breakfast but at checkout was told we did not and had to pay for breakfasts. If known in advance, we would have opted out and had coffee and pastries nearby for 1/3 the cost"

"I was lucky enough to get a room with an ocean view. While it isn't the newest hotel, eating dinner while enjoying the sunset on the balcony and watching the surfers was unforgettable. It was also very nice to have a kitchen. "
