Private: garden (fenced) with lawn. Garden furniture, barbecue house. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. Roofed, parking at the house. E-charging station. Supermarket 450 m, restaurant, bar, café 300 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Bianzone" 1.2 km, thermal baths "Terme di Bormio" 44 km. Nearby attractions: Train Bernina Express:Tirano-St Moritz 6 km, Lago di Poschiavo (CH) 14 km, Monte Combolo (mt. 2901), Monte Masuccio (mt. 2816).
