Bedroom 2 (First floor): double bed 140 cm, en-suite shower room with basin

A parking space is available in front of the house. The entire residence is fenced. Entrance is via an electric gate.

Located in the heart of a verdant estate, Golf Saint-Thomas offers a unique setting for your holiday. This 18-hole course, nestled between pine forests, vineyards and typically Mediterranean garrigue, invites you to relax, whether you're a golfer or simply looking for peace and quiet.  
  
The estate is a haven of peace away from the hustle and bustle, ideal for families or travellers in search of tranquillity. Here, you'll wake to the sound of birdsong, surrounded by wild trees and wide-open spaces as far as the eye can see.  
  
Just a few kilometres away, the city of Béziers opens its doors to you: stroll along the Allées Paul-Riquet, discover the Halles, the Saint-Nazaire cathedral or the Fonseranes locks on the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage site.  
  
On the seaside, the beaches of Sérignan, Valras, Portiragnes and Vias are less than 25 minutes away by car. From family beaches to wild and lively ones, there's something for everyone. You can spend the day here or come back in the late afternoon for a sunset swim.

By car  
The estate is easily accessible via the A75 motorway (Béziers-Centre exit) or the A9 (Béziers-Est exit).
