It can accommodate up to 6 people in all seasons. \- Ideal for family holidays, the beach being only 2 minutes walk from the house (about 100 to 150 m). \- Close to amenities, 2 mins walk from shops (mini-market, bakery, newsagent, bazaar, restaurants, cafe, pizza .....) \- A 10-minute walk along the new seafront promenade will take you to the center of Grau and the mouth of the Hérault river. On the ground floor are: \- the living room with kitchen area with all the necessary comfort on vacation (ceramic hob, combi microwave, grill, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, heating, crockery, table and chairs); \- the lounge area has a sofa bed and flat screen TV. \- the bathroom with shower, WC, washing machine, heated towel rail; \- a bedroom with 140/190 bed and cupboard, heating. L'appartement était très propre et très proche de la mer. La propriétaire nous a accueil très chaleureusement. On pouvait lui demander toujours s'il y avait un souci et elle était très serviable.
