It looks nicer on the pictures, they are selling a dream. It was dirty in the hotel area, trash on the ground and some poo in the corridor to the room... In the bathroom some parts of the equipments are falling apart. Thankfully the receptionist was very nice and helpful. In the water park everything was closed except the snack. People didn't dare to go into the water as it was freezing cold.

Malgres une mauvaise signalisations une fois trouver acceuil parfais un verre de bienvenu ouvert. Une visite de l etablissement pour vous presenter les differente stucture. Voiturier et baggages en chambre sans rien faire. Merci a eux

SEJOUR TRES AGREABLE MAIS UN PEU DECU SUR QUELQUES DETAILS.L HOTEL EST TRES BEAU MAIS DES QUE L ON DESCEND EN GAMME( APPARTEMENT) , IL Y A QUELQUE DETAILS manquants que l on arrive a trouver dans des hotels beaucoup moins etoilé.la restauration rapide pour du salé n'est pas ouverte l apres midi,les articles de douches offert dans les salle de bain sont de gros model rempli a chaque nouveau locataire( manque d'hygiene on ne sais pas se que les clients precedents on fait avec) et surtout pas de poubelle dans les salle de bain....Je suis peut etre maniaque mais c est le minimum un petit savon emballer et un verre en plastique pour la brosse a dent reste la base.La terrasse n avais pas ete rafraichie et on ne pouvais pas acceder a nos transat trot d'herbe devant.Sinon le personnel est tres agreable et la structure est juste magnifique.

Navette pour la plage sur demande, établissement très propre, personnel très agréable et à l'écoute. Appartement bien équipé, grande terrasse . Seul bémol chambre très mal insonorisée.

Super séjour en famille

Superbe séjour en famille! L’appartement était très agréable, tout neuf, moderne et une douche grandiose. Très bien équipé est tout confort. Seule bémol la télé beaucoup trop petite et les rideaux laissant passer le jour beaucoup trop tôt. L’hôtel le palmarium elle est même hôtel que pirate un peu moins cher car les chambres sont pas décoré. Nous avons bénéficié du même accueil chaleureux et serviable de la part de tout le personnel. Le parc aquatique la baie des pirates magnifique en tant que client de Vittel nous avons su apprécier les espaces réservés VIP ainsi que l’accès à la fermeture pendant une heure réservée aux clients de l’hôtel uniquement. Prévenu par un petit courrier personnel livré directement vous avez eu la bonne surprise de l’ouverture du parc en deux tu aimes jusqu’à 23 heures le mardi. Et félicitations au chef du snack hôtel ce n’est qu’un snack et pourtant une cuisine délicieuse, cuisinée et raffinée excellent!!! Merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel et du parc aquatique super séjour à très vite

Exceeded expectations for a waterpark

Modern interior, with a kitchen was very functional for the family. Nice bathroom decor, and clean. We had a great location near the pools. Staff were inconsistent - some super, some who were slow and disengaged. Agde itself was swarming with vacationers - more so than any other place on our trip.
