We were not disappointed in the least. Immaculate, pristine and peaceful are just 3 adjectives I can use to describe the Saucy Willow. Dave is the owner, he was sure to make time for us as each morning as he prepared for the Continental Breakfast. And btw, extraordinary! If you need a getaway to the Kawartha’s, visit the Saucy Willow. You will be very glad you did."

"I would give it a 5 star but when we arrived the grass hadn't been mowed and to sit around the fire pit we had to stomp down the grass to enjoy the fire, saying that the mosquitoes were pretty bad. I tried communicating with the host a few times and no response from her. There were no bath towels or face clothes, luckily we brought our own. Other than that the cottage was cozy and the kitchen was stocked with what you needed. Close to neighbouring towns for hiking and small town shopping."
