With exposed brickwork and beams it offers rustic charm. Can be booked with other cottages on site which is ideal for larger groups.. 1 step to entrance. Ground Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: Freeview TV Dining area. Kitchen area: Breakfast Bar, Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher Bedroom 1: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Ensuite: Bath With Shower Attachment, Toilet First Floor: Bedroom 2: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Bath, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet Bedroom 3: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot available on request. Welcome pack. . The Grainery can be found at High Farm Holiday Park midway between Hornsea and Beverley within the East Riding of Yorkshire and is one of five wonderfully presented barn conversions. Packed with character including exposed brickwork and beams, this holiday home is ideal for a family or group of friends to come together and enjoy a fun filled holiday, please note this cottage is for holidaymakers only, we do not accept bookings from tradesmen or contractors. Step inside and find a spacious open plan living area which is flooded with natural light from floor to ceiling windows. The country style kitchen sits to one end and offers a gas hob and electric oven. With a host of modern appliances, this area is sure to delight the chef in the group. There is plenty of cupboard space for your holiday essentials as well as oodles of work top where you can rustle up a picnic to enjoy at the beach or prepare a delicious home cooked evening meal which can be enjoyed on the large wooden dining table. Three deep filled sofas offer a relaxing, sociable space for an evening. With exposed brick work and beams this room offers a real rustic yet welcoming feel. The Grainery comes with three very pretty bedrooms, each providing en-suite facilities. For those that do not enjoy stairs, there is a ground floor twin room with en-suite shower room. Take the cottage stairs to the first floor and find a further two bedrooms; a king-size double with jacuzzi bath with shower over – ideal for a bubbly soak after a long day, and a twin room with en-suite shower room. All three bedrooms come with high ceilings and exposed beams. Each room offers deep filled mattresses and have been furnished with guest comfort in mind. Step outside and these holiday homes share a large, and colourful courtyard, landscaped with aromatic plants and offering secluded individual patio and seating areas. Here you can enjoy an early morning coffee or perhaps an alfresco evening meal. There is also an on-site launderette for your convenience. The grounds of High Farm Holiday Park offer a host of options to keep you entertained including a well stocked 5-acre fishing lake, a delight for anglers, peaceful picnic areas, open areas for exercising dogs, an award winning ‘David Bellamy’ nature reserve, nature walk and a 9 hole par 3 golf course. There is even a children’s play area and a ball games field. If you’re exhausted after all of this, amble over to the on-site licensed café and treat yourself to a coffee and cake. With a shop on site, you can even buy a treat for tea. Enjoy a day at the traditional seaside town of Hornsea or explore the cobbled streets of Beverley. The unspoilt rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds and the historic city of York are also under an hour’s drive away. Make The Grainery your next East Riding of Yorkshire getaway.
