Not so EXPEDIA who formerly advised us the room was available 2 hours before it should have been and the host had to scramble cleaners to get the room ready early. Well done to the host. The rooms are large and elegant with balconies overlooking the pool and gardens with beautiful trees in the foreground and villages and churches beyond. "I wish I could have stayed longer. The place is beautiful, clean, and smells wonderful. It’s only an 8-minute walk from Assisi train station. The location is excellent—we walked just 5 minutes to the Basilica of Santa Maria. For halal food, Alo Ali Kebab shop is right across the road, and for non-Muslims there are plenty of highly rated restaurants nearby. The housekeeper, Joy, was amazing—we already miss her! Special thanks to Diletta, you truly are my lifesaver. We will definitely stay here...

"Area with beautiful views ,very quiet , about 70 steps to St Damian church a little higher to get to City but this place is worth to do this. Very family atmosphere with great Sara and her Mom making delicious breakfast. And always smiling and ready help with any information.
