Beautiful country house "La Letizia", 500 m a.s.l., renovated. 13 km from the centre of Bevagna, 20 km from the centre of Assisi, in a quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Private: large garden 1 ha (fenced), swimming pool (4 x 9 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue house, children's playground. In the house: washing machine. On request. Motor access (1 km via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Grocery 8 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 1 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 50 km. Nearby attractions: Spello 18 km, Perugia 30 km, Todi 35 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families, baby equipment on request. The house is built on two levels: the 2 floors are connected only by an external staircase.
