### Metalasia Four - Three Bedroom House, Sleeps 6

Located along South Africa’s scenic Whale Coast is a charming seaside  
 village, Bettys Bay, where you will find this captivating double-storey  
 house surrounded by spectacular views of the nearby lake and mountain  
 ranges.  
  
 The open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll require for a  
 convenient self-catering stay with an indoor braai facility adjacent to  
 the kitchen area, adding a true South African touch.  
  
 The living area emanates a minimalistic and modern aesthetic with a  
 warm and inviting ambiance. The seating arrangement invites relaxation,  
 with a plush sofa and a cosy accent chair. Metalasia Four offers Wi-Fi,  
 and the Smart TV enables access to streaming services, including  
 Netflix.The dining room and office space also feature Google Nest Mini  
 speakers for your entertainment.  
  
 The master bedroom is tastefully furnished, equipped with a Google Nest  
 Hub, fitted with a queen-sized bed, and features an en-suite bathroom  
 with a clawfoot bathtub, steam shower, washbasin, and toilet. The  
 bedroom situated on the first floor is fitted with a double bed and  
 also features an en-suite bathroom including a toilet and shower. The  
 third bedroom, on the ground level, boasts a double bed making use of a  
 shared bathroom fitted with a shower and toilet.  
 This enchanting house boasts a sizeable swimming pool and a spacious  
 backyard perfect for intimate or social gatherings. It also includes a  
 solar-powered geyser and backup power for lights and selected outlets.  
 On-site parking is available for at least four vehicles.  
  
 Experience a variety of activities along the Whale Coast of South  
 Africa, including relaxing on Betty's Bay Beach and scenic drives on  
 Clarence Drive (R44). Located in the UNESCO-designated Kogelberg  
 Biosphere Reserve, Betty's Bay is renowned for its rich ecosystems and  
 is home to the African Penguin and Seabird Sanctuary, where you can  
 observe endangered African penguins. With great opportunities for  
 wildlife viewing and photography, Betty's Bay is perfect for nature  
 lovers. Book your stay today for a relaxing getaway!  
  
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.  
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.  
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.  
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.  
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.  
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.  
  
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the  
property, which is situated at 4 Metalasia Road, Betty's Bay.   
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them  
knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
