Home is Sanitized between guests with clorox/lysol wipes, also Alcohol and peroxide cleaned. All bed linens washed between guests. Highest peak East of the Rockies with fresh mountain air. In the heart of the Beautiful White Mountains. Why drive when you can walk! Close to all White Mountain 4 season attractions, snowmobile, hiking,

#### Great stay - wonderful host

We stayed a couple of days with a few friends to climb Mount Washington. Everything was as expected. We loved the town and the proximity to the mountains. The host was was very responsive and very nice. Everything required was on site. We loved the bear theme and the classic radio in the living room! Strongly recommend!

I really appreciated the communication from the owner. Our group really enjoyed our stay and thought all the rooms were great. Lots of common space for us all to hang out as well. The owner was very thoughtful and left coffee and water for us. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here! The house was well equipped with everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Please note that there is a decent size set of stairs to reach the door of the property. We did not know that in advance and have some members of our group with mobility difficulties. However, the house is all one level which was great.

Bear Crossing is a charming house with the bear theme decor amazingly strewn throughout. Plenty of space, comfortable beds and Jacuzzi style tub in master! Kitchen was well equipped and owner was very prompt in any replies. We would come back again.

#### Seamless rental experience, comfortable and welcoming 

This comfortable home was great for our getaway. Communication was easy and clear. We were offered early check in and late departure and that was so kind and appreciated. The steps had been salted for our arrival as it had been a little icy and they could be slippery. Thank you for ensuring that was done even tho it was late March. We did not get to bring our dog, but if we'd been able to, she would have been welcome which was so sweet. And there were no odors or sign of other's pets from previous renters. Everything was clean, spotless even. That always gives me peace of mind. We didn't have any concerns about anything during our stay. Listing is clear the master bedroom is a double bed and that worked out for us but when one tossed and turned, the bed definitely responds both with movement and sound. Linens were very comfortable, with flannel sheets and perfect blanket weights. The master bath includes a soaking/Jacuzzi tub although the hot water heater doesn't offer a large enough capacity to fill that suitably. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed.

#### Wonderful little family get away

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The price was great and the host was very communicative. She let us know things to do in the area and checked in throughout the stay. Questions were answered in a very timely manner. We were able to bring our small dog which made planning the trip even easier. The host provided bowls and a bed which made our dog (and us) very happy. Before we'd left I'd already looked at other dates to book this property! Highly recommend!

#### Great little headquarters for exploring!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood with everything you might need and thoughtful details like kcups and regular coffee for the different kinds of coffee machines (we added our leftover k cups!) and a big flashlight by the door for taking the dog out at night. I'm always a little wary of properties that take dogs (even though we often travel with ours) because sometimes it's obvious a dog has been there. That was not the case here - the house was clean and if there were t dog beds (which our dog loved) and bowls then we would have never known. Communication with the owner was excellent and she was very sweet to suggest some things to do as well as respond quickly. The house is "well loved" in that it feels cozy and lived in (very strong bear theme, which the kids loved!) but has a nice layout for hanging out with the family and the big kitchen is a plus. We wouldn't hesitate to book again! Make sure you check out neighboring Littleton for a fun downtown and covered bridge.

This home had everything we needed. It is very comfortable with enough space to rest and just hang out. We enjoyed this home and it was the perfect location for us to see many sights in the area without going too far. The restaurant one block away was fantastic.
