These are the only ways to describe this new home and her little sister, the 2 bedroom home next door. Take your vacation to the next level with the spa-like vibe of this home! With construction completed in 2024, these rustic-chic contemporary homes bring an impeccably done Scandinavian style to the White Mountains, with enormous windows that take full advantage of their location perched on a hillside overlooking the surrounding mountains. Pictures don't do it justice! This 4-bedroom home has a clean, symmetrical design built into a hillside to merge beautifully with the nature that surrounds it. You will enter through the top level's spacious mudroom, and you'll immediately feel your breath taken away by the stunning view in front of you. The main living space consists of a modern kitchen with luxury appliances, a clean and welcoming living area with a large wall-mounted TV, and a gorgeous Jotul gas stove to keep you warm and enhance the ambiance, without the need to deal with messy firewood. On opposite sides of the living areas are the two primary sleeping suites, each complete with a king bedroom, large walk-in closets, and luxurious bathrooms with separate walk-in tiled shower and toilet areas and luxurious touches such as soft motion activated toe kick lighting. These two wings of the house have their own door so that you can enjoy complete privacy from the rest of the family. The washer and dryer can also be found in the bathroom/laundry room off of the living area. A huge deck runs the entire length of the home, so you can enjoy the stunning views without even leaving the house. Enjoy a meal al fresco, and soak in the view while you grill on the propane Weber. A new Solo Stove fire pit has been added... and when the summer gets hot, AC will keep you cool! The same footprint is replicated downstairs, where you will be wowed - again - by the open game area with a pool table, shuffleboard, and TV area with 85" TV. The French door gives convenient access to the outdoor Sundance Spas hot tub. On each wing of this level, you will find additional sleeping quarters, one with a king bed and one with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds in a custom-made loft arrangement. A shared bathroom includes a jetted tub. TVs are also available in every bedroom. Need more space, or prefer complete privacy? This home has one flood light camera on the southeast corner and one game camera along the driveway. \-Rural homes may encounter pests like bears, mice, lady beetles, and wasps. To minimize this, we ask that trash not be left outside. We actively manage these situations while prioritizing environmentally friendly methods and limiting the use of chemicals. \-Cancellation policies are followed to ensure fairness to all guests and owners. Spacious, clean, beautiful views, a definite high end experience. Pool table and shuffleboard added great fun. Everything went smoothly. Fully equipped home with awesome showers. To any considering, this property is not worth the price tag. Management was inflexible and unreasonable. Property failed to live up to claims of "luxury". The land shared the space with another house, so any feeling to being deep in the woods was lost as the neighbors spotlight lit up the master bedroom.
