Mice - don’t stay here!
First, let me say that the staff at the front desk were all very polite and accommodating. The issues that I had were with the hotel itself. I stayed for four nights as I have recently relocated to the area. The television was broken in the bedroom of my suite; there was trash piled up in the hallways every night; and there were also people hanging out around the doors smoking, cursing, and essentially just loitering. I had to change rooms twice due to broken door locks. On my last night there, there was a mouse in my room!! The desk clerk was very nice. She apologized and moved me to a different building. While that building was clean and free of bags of trash in the hallways, the bed was itchy! I left there at 2:30am in my pajamas. I went and checked into the Marriott instead. It was one of the worst hotel stays that I’ve ever had. I am Marriott brand loyal, because I know what I’m going to get - USUALLY. But not this time, this place should be closed, fumigated, renovated, and turned back into a Residence Inn, because right now it’s functioning more like a cheap motel. I really hate to leave bad reviews, but my experience was really awful. I wouldn’t advise staying here.
