Located next to the Bethel Inn and across from the Bethel Common, the loft is walking distance to all shops, cross country skiing, restaurants, Gould Academy, and the grocery store. The property is just 7.5 miles to Sunday River. Relax after a day on the slopes or on the golf course in the open kitchen, living and dining area equipped with everything you need for a weekend getaway. Condo building has thin walls where noise travels easily to other units, some that are occupied by full-time residents. Please consider this when booking and be aware of this while occupying the unit. To enjoy your trip to this property, 4WD may be required during snowy months. Linens / Toiletries Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided. What a pleasant surprise! The condo is clean and comfortable. We wanted a kitchen and this one met our needs. The only downside was bringing our stuff up to the second floor for our 6 day stay.There are many things to do in the area. Lots of hiking trails and things to see at Grafton Notch State park. A couple of covered bridges and beautiful scenery. We barely scratched the surface. The neighboring condo owners are super friendly too and are so welcoming. ##### Paul M. Easy keyless entry. This is a lovely old building on the common with probably 25+ units, had only 2-4 cars in the parking lot and, as a solo traveler, at first it felt odd to be in a mostly empty building. I was quickly reassured after making contact with the management who quickly responded to my message even when it was after their office hours. Hiking, good restaurants, lots of relaxation.
