Additional Notes Primary guest must be 25+ and present during stay Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your driver license A $300 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Property is on well water. We kindly ask that you help us conserve it during your stay. Simple steps—like turning off taps when not in use and keeping showers short—go a long way in preserving this precious resource. Some guest prefer to bring their own water or head to the local spring for filling own bottles ( 5 minute drive) Cabin is equipped with a compact mini-fridge without a freezer. This was exactly what we were looking to do.Close to hiking trails and multiple water access points. The hot tub, firepit and corn hole areas got lots of use.
