Quiet hours are 11 PM to 8 AM. No parties, fireworks, or weapons are allowed on the premises at any time. Smoking and vaping of any kind are prohibited on the premises. Illegal substances and activities are prohibited. ✹ RENTAL AGREEMENT - Upon booking, guests will be required to sign a property rental agreement acknowledging the house rules and upload a government-issued ID displaying a name that matches the rental agreement. No door codes will be given without this. ✹ PET POLICY - We allow a maximum of 2 house-trained, well-behaved dogs that are vaccinated and tick/flea-free for a flat fee of $200\. Pets must be disclosed to us at the time of booking (there is a $500 fee if we find any undisclosed animals as well as a fee for any damages from the pet). Pets are not allowed on any furniture or the hot tub. Any pets left home alone must be in a crate. By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage, pest control, extra cleaning, or liability your dog(s) cause during the stay. It is regularly plowed, sanded/salted and shoveled during winter; however, ice and snow cannot be avoided during Maine winters. It was fully stocked with spices, laundry detergent, paper towels and all the games you could imagine. It was cozy and comfortable for our group of 12\. The finishes in the home were beautiful, the perfect mix of lake house meets modernity. The hot tub was splendid, the BBQ worked great and all guests were happy.
