The house itself has a lovely sitting area with views of said trees and a little balcony off to the side where you can sit and overlook the canal. The kitchen is very well stocked with every type of plate, glass, and utensil you could possibly need. There are both ceiling fans and ac to keep cool. Two of the bedrooms are downstairs and there’s also a little sitting room and kitchenette - making it great if there are two families vacationing together. The only potential downsides are that you have to be capable of walking up the stairs to enter/exit the home, the screened-in porch (on the bottom level) was only accessible via the inside because a lock had been placed on the door to the outside, and there were a few quirks (e.g., had to press down on kitchen faucet to turn it off, which took a minute to figure out). The only reason I didn’t give all stars for cleanliness was because the screened-in porch hadn’t been wiped down or swept but that was easy enough to remedy. Awesome main living area and kitchen to share dinners and hang out time with family kitchen very well appointed for cooking and baking.
