When you aren't sipping on your ritual morning cup on the balcony, take a sunrise walk to the sand, only one and a half blocks away. Downtown Bethany Beach and the boardwalk area only one and a half blocks away. Additional attractions you'll love exploring include Fenwick Island State Park (five miles), the Discoversea Shipwreck Museum (six miles), and the Freeman Arts Pavilion (nine miles). When you need a break from the sun, settle down and enjoy the home's open-concept layout. The living room's ample seating and large smart TV with YTTV lend themselves to movie viewings, whereas the kitchen presents pleasant cooking quarters for when you aren't dining out. Well-lit and tastefully decorated, the home's five bedrooms are equally inviting. The interior perks don't end there though! Also inside, you'll have access to a private washer/dryer and a board game collection. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. TVs are streaming only with YouTube TV. There is no cable. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. The fireplace is not in working condition. But Bugs! There were gnats all over the kitchen. We had to cover all our food. Bought a fly swatter and left cups of apple cider vinegar to try and catch them. It felt like there were hundreds. Also, cabinets and railings had some spilled stains. Vacasa sent a team to clean. I had cleaned the areas with stains so we turned them away. If the gnats weren’t all over the kitchen, everything would’ve been so much better. I would like to stay here again if that issue is fixed. ##### Jeramie C. Pros - good location, new carpets and bed comforters, nicely appointed, well stocked and freshly painted Cons - broken patio furniture, outdoor showers not cleaned out, garage fridge moldy, needs light bulbs in various spots, not all TVs don't work Our biggest problems were that we weren't allowed to check in at the 4pm arrival time yet the property was still dirty upon entry with outside trash overflowing from the cans and never picked up on trash day - birds started picking at it and thereby trash was strewn about the property. Two large piles of dirty linens from the previous renters were left in the entryway for the entirety of our stay.
