We were easily able to park 4 cars and the walk to the beach was easy. The outdoor shower was great.It would have been nice to have some beach chairs and a wagon included at the house, and the grill was in poor shape, dirty and with an expired propane tank. That was disappointing. Also, the dishwasher didn't properly dry the dishes - should be repaired or replaced.
