Wonderful view, great location, and very good service from Vacasa. The locker in the garage for storing beach things and cart for taking them to the beach was a great bonus. There were a couple things we had to figure out how to turn on when we got into the unit and it is across from the elevator so there was a little noise on occasion but it did not deter from our stay. The fridge was hard to dial in temperature wise but we made it work. We had never stayed at Sea Colony before and did know all of the rules. Be sure to set up non-umbrella structures behind the flags on the beach and be mindful that some lifeguards are a little more draconian than others.Overall one of our better rental experiences! Easy beach access, great balcony views, quiet, and secure. She used the beautiful aquatic center ( there’s a shuttle) to lap swim. The unit is fully equipped, particularly with kitchen apparatus. It was very clean and comfortable. There’s was a middleman between us and the property owner. VACASA acts as the Sea Colony property manager and there are a few more admin steps required above a usual VRBO rental. This was NOT a problem, just new to us. We will definitely stay again. And, yes, we saw dolphins from the balcony! ##### John N.
