The check in process only took minutes and our condo was clean with a great view of the ocean. The beach was great end it seemed the property did a good job of making sure patrons wore masks and observed social distancing. However one day at the beach people without mass crowded all around us only a couple of feet away and it was worrisome enough that we packed up and went back to the condo. The town of Bethany Beach was fun and I was glad to see that the towns in DelawareAre doing a better job of instilling safety in the pandemic than has been done in Pennsylvania. ##### james k. The owners took great care to leave certain incidental items for their guests, even though we brought some of them. Everything was very clean and Sea Colony is well maintained. We enjoyed the pools (heated), hot tubs and the beach. Even did some grilling and surf fishing. There is so much to do in the area. Check in process was smooth and everyone was helpful.
