All the great amenities you have and very family friendly. My 2 year old grandson had a wonderful time especially at the park. I also really like that there were mini playgrounds at the beach and the borrower box of toys that hat was there. We had to purchase toilet paper and trash bags. The diswasher only had enough liquid for one wash which was not enough for a week. The patio had the seat covers thrown in a corner stacked with a ton rain water. We had to fold them and place them away for enjoyment of patio. Also, the pull out couch did not have supplied linens.
