The condo has all the basics you need for a stay. Stores/restaurants are a close drive away (5 mins). My only complaint is that we found the bedding uncomfortable. The property itself could use a refresh - we could not get the dryer to function properly and most of the appliances are very dated and the kitchen isn’t especially well stocked for cooking. It met our needs but for the price, could use a few minor and affordable updates (eg warmer blankets, a new cheap coffee pot). ##### Dana C. Although outdated, this property was fine for a quick trip. I would suggest making simple improvements such as covering electrical outlets with plates. My biggest complaint was the lack of cleanliness. It was apparent that the cleaning crew tossed in linen bags and switched out toilet paper but did nothing else. The previous renter’s sheets were on the bed and their dirty towels were hanging on the back of the door. Their resort badges and parking pass were in the counter. Sand and hair all over the showers and bathroom floors, food crumbs on the floors etc. It was disgusting. We did report this to Vacasa who apologized and offered compensation for the cleaning fee since our time was limited and we could not be away from the property for hours while they re-cleaned. ##### Kristen M. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to take advantage of Sea Colony's many nice facilities but the location was nice and the unit had all we needed for our stay. We did use their beach chairs and beach toys for a trip to the public beach with our other fam in the area. Thanks! ##### William L.
