Attached to the living room is a screened porch with beautiful views of the golf course, ceiling fans, a dining area, and plenty of other seating options. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade meals. Coffee enthusiasts will find a nice coffee corner with drip and Keurig coffee makers. Some furniture was broken upon arrival and many drawers were not clean. But other than this, the home was accurate to the listing and we enjoyed! Off season access to the beach is excellent. The house is sturdy and clean but could use a little TLC. There is only 1 TV which does not include cable, only streaming. Several items were inaccurate per the listing that caused some issues for food planning (no coffee maker, no gas grill, garage only opened manually to access bike storage). There really is no guide to the house other than wifi info. Some additional information about Salt Pond (pool hours, rules) would be helpful. It's a good house overall. ##### Jillian D.
