Location is 1 mile to the beach and boardwalk – whether a few min drive, short walk, bike ride, or trolley ride. This quiet community has a swimming pool to enjoy when you’re back at the house. It is also located just a short walk from restaurants, bakery café, diner, and shops and a nature reserve with playground just around the corner from the community (less than 5 min walk). DETAILS ABOUT THE HOUSE: • Main floor has a kitchen, living room with a smart TV, dining area, and full-size washer/dryer. • Second floor has two bedrooms: \- Room 1 - King bed, smart TV, and desk \- Room 2 - Queen bed, extra-long twin bunkbeds, and desk • 1.5 baths • Outdoor shower • Parking for 2 cars POLICIES: No smoking, no vaping, and no drugs.
