Communicating with Vacasa to get these resolved was frustrating, time consuming speaking with their agents in India! Not what I wanted to be doing on my vacation. One of the issues was with a shower door latch which caused water to leak on bathroom floor and my elderly father fell. He was scraped up and bruised - thankfully no worse.
