FLOOR-BY-FLOOR DESCRIPTION First Floor: This level features access to the expansive canal-front deck with a grill, outside shower, and beach supplies. There are two bedrooms both equipped with queen beds. A shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combination serves these rooms. Second Floor: The heart of the home features an open-concept living area perfect for gathering. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable seating area, and a dining space. A den located just off the living room features a Queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. This level also includes a shared full bathroom with a walk-in shower Third Floor: The upper level houses the Primary Suite with a King bed and an en-suite full bathroom. The bathroom has an large two person jacuzzi with a showerhead. There is another bedroom located here, featuring two Twin beds and a private en-suite half-bathroom. Outdoor Living & More: Enjoy a private dock perfect for kayaking and crabbing. The home includes two South Bethany parking passes for your convenience. Please note the garage is for storage only; driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.
