Now that our family has grown to include spouses, grandchildren, etc, we now need 3 Villas for this extended family vacation. This unit is a 3BR, 2.5 bath like ours with a 3 season porch on the back. This unit had plenty of seating for all of us and just the right number of beds. This unit is also due for some upgrades, with the kitchen being the most needed. We were also disappointed that beach chairs were not provided. Luckily we had plenty at our own unit. Furnishings were adequate, but my husband got a backache from the master bed. Beg Being Able to drive to the beach or take the trolley is perfect. We also enjoy the on property amenities. The only problem we had was that on our 5th night (of 7), hundreds of ants came in through a second story window. When discovered, they were under my son's bedding, and even under his fitted sheet. I alerted the rental company, washed the bedding, and put traps out. My son slept on the pullout couch our last two nights. We were given $100 back from our rental fee, which seems low given how disgusting it was. The owners seemed to think that it was our fault that the ants were there, even though there was no food in the bedroom. I would rent through Wilgus Associates again, but not this property as I am disappointed with the owners' response. ##### Beth N.
