Along with the beaches of Bethany, this home offers breathtaking water views of Salt Pond and all its waterfowl from every level, providing a tranquil backdrop for your vacation escape nestled among the natural beauty. This family friendly spacious townhome is spread across four levels where gathering places are plentiful. It was redesigned by the new owners for relaxation, comfort, and memory making moments! The new owners also added all new Pottery Barn furniture and new luxury mattresses, no detail was overlooked! This vacation rental comes fully equipped along with tons of amenities to enhance your stay, including a mid-length executive 18-hole golf course, a huge outdoor community pool with tons of seating, pickleball courts, tennis courts, a beach volleyball court, a children’s play area, a basketball court, and clubhouse with a newly renovated indoor pool, a hot tub, and fitness center. Beach chairs, bikes, kayaks and paddle boards are all provided! Explore the many biking/walking paths in and around the community. The ground level features a two car garage, a foyer, and newly designed family room with built in bar including a beverage cooler. Walk out to your covered patio with comfy seating and a fire pit. Across the grass is your private dock for fishing, crabbing, or launching our kayaks and paddleboards, allowing you to easily explore the calm shallow waters right from your doorstep. With a full bath also on this level, you are truly set up for the perfect summer day! The second level consists of the wide open main living area, with a large dining table, an absolutely gorgeous kitchen with expansive island seating, a powder room, and laundry. Also off the second level is a large partly covered deck with sectional, outdoor dining table with a firepit, and expansive waterfront views. Salt Pond is home to all sorts of birds and wildlife so sit back with a morning coffee or cold beverage and soak in these views! On the third level you'll find the Master bedroom featuring a King size bed, private deck with loads of sunshine, a walk-in closet, a renovated designer master bath with rainfall shower head, all with gorgeous water views with ultimate privacy. The spacious second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is another full bath on this level that is shared by these two rooms. The fourth level boasts a huge second Master suite with an en suite bath, complete with skylights, a sitting area, and a desk/vanity workspace.
