The neighborhood is nice and quiet and just a quick drive to the beach. The house has a well equipped kitchen, so we made a number of meals. Be advised that bed sheets and towels are not provided. My teen/young adult kiddos enjoyed the bikes. For some reason, the temperature in the house went up to 78 overnight, so that woke me and I had to adjust it in the middle of the night. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is close to everything. The house had anything needed for the beach including beach chairs, coolers, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, condiments, and cooking staples.
