Take advantage of the nearby boardwalk and ocean or relax at the pool. Located just outside the Bethany Beach Town limits so no community tax is required. No pets please. All properties have a spiral staircase. This Oceanside townhouse offers 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms. Level one offers sunken living room, kitchen, dining area, powder room and patio. Level two offers two bedrooms, a shared bathroom, an upper deck and laundry closet. NO SMOKING. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The property was exactly as advertized. Very clean and close to public access to the beach. The pool was good as well. Had some problems with the door lock. The battery was dying making it difficult to access the home. Rental agency was not helpful with this. Ended up buying a battery so we wouldn't get locked out. Requested extra towels and they were delivered inside the unit while we slept. Did not feel very safe after that. Overall the experience was good but I would not rent this one again due to the spiral staircase. ##### Carol C. It is absolutely perfect for us. The condos have everything we need for a comfortable stay and the pool is fabulous. It’s just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk.
