Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. We have stayed there several times in various units. This unit was as advertised. Everything we needed & great view. We had an issue with the AC which they took care of immediately. Our only negative is we always like to eat out on the balcony. Most of the other units we've stayed at usually had a high table & chairs to eat at. But this is just our preference. Nothing to take away from this unit. My family of 4 rented this unit in July 2022\. Check in was easy. We were able to get in slightly before normal check in since the unit had already been cleaned. The unit was clean and linens we paid for were there. While we have no complaints, we would like to suggest a few things to improve on. The master blinds were nice but let in all the morning sun so it made it difficult to sleep once the sun came up. There was no ceiling fan as described and the bed had a plastic mattress protector on it which made us a bit sweaty at night. The money we paid for the linen package provided us with complete bedding but would’ve liked a few more than 6 bath towels for our family.
