Enjoy your next vacation in this beautifully renovated 2 bedroom townhome located in South Bethany, near the Fenwick Island State Park, by York Beach Crossing. The state park allows for a quieter beach experience with surf fishing available if tagged. This stunning home is a short walk from the York Beach Mall with excellent dining options and a short walk to the beach. There are many places for you and your group to relax with a screened porch upfront, another screened porch in the back, a patio, and a balcony off of the master bedroom on the second floor to enjoy gorgeous south Bethany sunsets. The 1st floor has a spacious living room with a sectional sofa and a large-screen TV perfect for a movie night. WIFI and Roku with YouTube TV are available for guests' use for streaming and major channels. The dining area seats 4 and can seat up to 8 with the chairs from the back porch. Additionally. there is seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. A fully stocked kitchen has everything you may need to cook from home, along with both slow-drip and Keurig coffee makers. The back screened-in porch has additional space to relax, along with beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to use Upstairs, the primary bedroom with a king bed, private bath with a shower, ceiling fan, and wall-mounted TV. There is a balcony off of the primary bedroom and the second bedroom has 2 XL twins and this bedroom extends to a living space with a comfortable queen futon, TV, and climate control. These living spaces share a hallway bathroom with a shower. Plan your next vacation in this beautifully furnished and exceedingly comfortable home away from home. Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels. \*\*To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed.
