3 Bedroom, 1 bath Home Close to Bethany Beach! Beach Town, Trolley!

Spend your next vacation in this coastal style 3 bed, 1 bath home located within walking distance to Bethany Beach! The home is located within a hundred feet to the canal where renters can launch their kayak, paddle board or canoe. Bring your yard games and enjoy the large open back yard and deck, perfect for summer nights spending time with family and friends.

The one story home boasts an open floor plan with a well equipped kitchen and family room with flat screen television. The sunroom offers a large table for meals at home and access to the front porch and back deck with grill. The master bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen television. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a full size bed and the other with a bunk bed with twin size beds. The beautifully upgraded full bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

Restaurants, shops, trolley stops and the beach are all within an easy walk from the home!!!

Not enough furniture

A property listed to sleep six should have enough furniture for six. Living room seated 2 , 3 tight. Dining and deck seated 4. Outside shower inoperable, Also floors so soft someone may fall through in future.

Great house & location will book again!

This house is in a quiet community perfect for families. 3 nice sized bedrooms fits 6 comfortably. Only 1 bathroom though, if outside shower was connected it would help. Had an issue with washer not working properly and refrigerator tripped twice but figured it out by day 3. Overall great stay and will definitely rent again!

Neat, clean and UNCLUTTERED

Lots of light and comfortable accomodations. Lovely neighborhood. Easy parking. We had our own chairs for the deck, so enjoyed coffee and cocktails outside mornings and evenings.

Lovely little property, convenient, close to the beach

We came to town for a friend's retirement party. Stayed here with one other couple. The location is close to the beach (longer walk, easy drive, easy bike ride). Clean. Well appointed. Only downsides would be only one bathroom (which I knew going into this) and was offset by a nice outdoor shower (came in handy when all four adults needed to shower after a day at the beach). Seating in living room was a little lacking. Would have been great to have another chair or two or a loveseat. Overall, very pleased! I'd stay here again!

A convenient small house close to Bethany Beach

This house is good for 1-3 people. The living room needs more seating area. We used our beach chairs but we were 5 and then later just 2 people The AC was adequate but there was none in the eating area so we used the fan provided and that worked. We stayed 5 days and it worked.

Great stay, just some recommendations

It was a great stay however I do have a few recommendations for the home owner. There were no towel hooks in the bathroom or bedrooms. Inconvenient. The door knob to the living room separating the porch was broken/ not attached. So it was a hazard for my 1 year old, it also let out the air conditioning. The sliding door stuck making it difficult to open and close. There was no outdoor furniture, luckily we brought extra chairs but this is definitely something to invest it for your visitors comfort. Finally I would invest in real blinds for the windows so you could open them to let light in. We had a great stay but recommend these changes if interested. Thank you so much!

Cute beach house

This house was cute and perfect for our family of 5. Kids were happy with their rooms and beds were comfortable. Large backyard for playing frisbee and outside shower was helpful when returning from the beach. There are lots of items that the house had that would have been helpful to know before I packed everything- beach umbrella, sand toys, hand/dish soap- even toilet paper and paper towels/ hand towels all were there. Management was helpful when we encountered an ant problem in the enclosed porch/eating area. Came and sprayed right away and no more ants so we were thankful. Kitchen had everything we needed which was great. The house wasn’t fancy but worked for a few days on the beach. Loved that it was right on the trolley line and we loved riding the trolley into town a few times to shop and eat.

Cute Cottage

The property was just as described. It was simple, but clean, and all that we needed for a few days at the beach. We were able to also enjoy some sights in Rehoboth and Ocean City. Spending the extra to have the linens delivered was worth it. We ate in a couple times and the kitchen had all we needed. 👍

Alone Time

I went to Bethany for some much needed alone time. This was the perfect house for that. It is convenient to the beach, Wawa, and restaraunts. Quiet neighborhood.

Inside Bethany so includes parking pass for beach, which is great. As other have said, it is just basics. Good sqft but no deck furniture so bring your own chairs.
