### A Trailside Duplex Along the Alpen Trail

One side of a duplex, Winterpark 1 is perfect for a large family or multiple couples. It offers 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the main level and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper level. The main level also has an open kitchen, dining and living room. This is a fantastic area with a freestanding fireplace in a brick alcove, 2 day beds/cozy reading nooks, and patio doors leading out to a large deck with a grill and the ski hill. Nestled in the heart of the Upper Peninsula, the Powderhorn area is a true four-season destination.

In winter, you’re just steps from Big Powderhorn Mountain Resort and a few miles from Snow River for skiing and snowboarding, along with direct access to hundreds of miles of scenic snowmobile trails. When the snow melts, the adventure continues with hiking and biking trails, waterfalls, fishing, and exploring the beauty of the Northwoods.
