With a comfortable capacity of 6 people and 8 people with a sofa bed, this elegant apartment will offer you a unique experience, combining comfort and refinement. Just steps from the slopes, you will be immersed in the resort's festive atmosphere while enjoying a peaceful and luxurious setting.  
The apartment features 1 separate cabin for 2 people in single beds, 1 separate cabin for 2 people in bunk beds, and 1 large mezzanine with 1 double bed (queen-size bed) and 1 sofa bed (queen-size bed) for 2 additional people.  
A large 11m² balcony awaits you, offering breathtaking views of the lake and a breathtaking panorama. Enjoy the most spectacular sunsets, bathing the lake in a soothing golden light, a spectacle you can savor every evening from the comfort of your living room. For optimal comfort, a washing machine, dishwasher, and Wi-Fi are included!  
A large 14 m² closed garage, \[hidden\] m high and \[hidden\] m long, located under the residence is a real plus. Your car and bicycles are safely stored in a garage. Electric bike batteries can be recharged using a power outlet available in the garage. You also benefit from a private ski room and parking in front of the residence.
