« Les lieux sont malpropres, et la première chambre assignée n’était pas prête (bouteilles de bière, odeurs et déchets, lits ouverts) Nous avions bien mentionnés être extrêmement fatigués et avoir besoin de dormir, puis à 3h15 AM ils ont assignés la chambre annexe (murs en carton) à une famille avec un bebe naissant et 2 enfants en pleine nuit qui débarquent et font un vacarme infernal. Lits très mous. »
