"Very first room we checked into, the ac didn't work, front desk staff notified the maintenance crew and then upgraded us to the next room available, no questions asked no waiting for it to be fixed they made it right efficiently. Perfect customer experience."

"The rooms were clean and sufficient. The linens and towels were soft. Take your own pillows... there are plenty but they seem to be filled with air. Lol. Breakfast was fine but they were out of waffle batter so we had to stick with the cold options. Beautiful setting in the mountains. Very relaxing!"

"Beautiful historic hotel with excellent. The bellies were particularly helpful in getting us checked in and out with a loaded SUV. The restaurant had great food!"
Alpine Trail Ridge Inn

"The road leading into the property is a little hidden- make sure you keep an eye out for the office. There was no staff when I checked in- it was all done by a computer kiosk. It’s not difficult but I was aided by watching the couple in front of me. Have DL and credit card in your hand. When this process is complete- the kiosk prints instructions concerning room location, # of beds and how to use the digital lock. Also provided instructions for checking out—sounds complicated but it’s not. Parking is right in front of your room. Room was clean."
