"It was a great place to stay while checking out Berryville and some of the local attractions including Dinosaur Land, the Virginia Arboretum, and Sky Meadows. We enjoyed playing pool in the basement, grilling on the patio, and hanging out on the back deck. Also was great for the dogs to have an outdoor space to run around off leash. Would highly recommend to a group of couples with or without pets wanting a relaxing weekend in the area."

"We stayed for two nights and had a lovely time. The property is beautiful, horses in every direction and views that include mountains. We loved the outdoor space and wish we'd had more time to just hang out. Bring a corkscrew (the only thing we needed and didn't have) and plan to spend time taking in the scenery."

"First we found it strange that you enter into this unit through the bathroom. It is up a laneway behind a house and backs onto a subdivision. The “kitchenette” was not very clean with some leftover packages of food in drawer from previous guests and no microwave. It was a warm day when we arrived and the heat was on full blast and was controlled from another unit. It continued to blast heat for our whole visit. We were to stay for 3 nights and the first night was fine as there were no guests in...

"First, we couldn’t find it. Nothing in our check in process identified how/where to locate entry to our accommodations. Other guests in the house let us know that our entry was “in the back” of the old house converted into multiple rental units. Second, the warm welcoming decor of our studio unit was obliterated by the thin door separating our bed pillows from the game room with pool table on the other side of the non- sound proofed plywood.
