Freshly renovated in 2023 to be the holiday home perfect for anyone and everyone. With three-bedrooms, and two-bathrooms this home is designed to accommodate up to eight people. Things to note about the property: \- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company) \- Aircon and Wifi are available. \- Equipped with a 7kW electric car charger \- Parking is available. \- No smoking inside the house. \- No Pets allowed. Inside: As you enter, you are greeted by a tastefully decorated lounge room and dining area, adorned with a clean coastal theme that sets the tone for a relaxing beachside escape. The open layout seamlessly connects the lounge and dining spaces, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for socializing and unwinding. Adjacent to the dining area, you'll find a well-appointed kitchen, offering all the amenities needed to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms are conveniently located along the hallway, ensuring easy access and privacy for all guests. At the end of the hallway awaits a second lounge room with large open windows, allowing natural light to flood the space and providing a serene view of the surroundings. Outside: Step outside from the second lounge room and discover a backyard oasis with a spacious patio. We could watch the tide come and go, see the sparkling water and be at the beach in under 10 minutes (walking via the lagoon). We had 4 adults, 3 teens and 1 child and the house fit us all well. We enjoyed the yard with the BBQ and table, big enough to fit us all in. There were plenty of items for us to use in the property and we would definitely stay again.
