« L’accueil dans cet hôtel est tout simplement très agréable. Le personnel - et la famille gérante - se mettent en 4 pour répondre à vos attentes. Ils ont toujours un petit mot gentil. Au-delà, la vue est magnifique, la piscine et le sauna sont très bienvenus, et il faut signaler le dîner en demi-pension pour sa qualité tout à fait remarquable. Quand on part, on ne veut qu’une chose : y revenir ! »

"Hôtel bien situé, personnel aimable et bon petit déjeuner. L’accès à l’hôtel depuis l’extérieur est malcommode car il faut monter un escalier raide jusqu’à la réception au 1er étage. L’accès au ski room est tout aussi peu pratique avec un escalier raide à descendre sans main courante. La distribution de l’espace intérieur est surprenante avec des chambres simples exiguës jouxtant des chambres doubles au contraire très grandes, n’aurait-on pu équilibrer davantage ? La salle de bain minuscule est mal agencée avec une robinetterie excentrée sur le passage et un rideau trempant vers le fond de la vasque de la baignoire."

"Vue à couper le souffle! Je n’avais pas remarqué au départ mais on ne peut s’y rendre en voiture. Il faut se stationner à la gare et se rendre à Wengen en train, mais c’est très facile à faire."
