Good afternoon! We're really sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay at our hotel, however, we never advertise that we do have air conditioner anywhere and our ceiling fanes along with the windows have been more than enough to most of our guests. Regarding the noise from the train station, since we have a very well located hotel, this is one of the downsides we cannot control and therefore can't take responsibility of. It's a shame to hear your room wasn't properly cleaned , however we trust in our housekeeping team enough to know that it will never happen again and that they always give their best at work. We're a three starts hotel, therefore services such as night staff are not available or we would be overworking our team, thank you for your kind understanding, either way we always leave an emergency number at the reception's desk for this reason, we're always here for you. Once again, we're sorry for the inconveniences you've experienced, but next time, we would've appreciate to know while you're here since we always help our guest personally in their needs and if there's no way to help, you're always free to find something better for your expectations of cheap price but high quality. Yes that day we had some noise from then night life from outside and it was the warmest night of the season. Air conditioning is request we often have from certain cultures. And others don't want it :) Hope to see you here again

As much as our staff tried to fix it, it did not work and we had a technician coming out later on this day. Dear Sushant Many thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear the hotel did not meet your expectations. However, it is impossible we only served stale bread and plain coffee for breakfast. This is plainly not true. If you had any issues we would have appreciated if you came to reception and discussed/showed us whatever was wrong so we could have acted immediately. Unfortunately you have said nothing during your stay, which we are sorry for. We wish you all the best anyways and hope to convince you on another occasion.

However, we do not advertise parking in our listing, if this was important to you it might have been good to check before you have booked. Also, for the room being hot, we do not even have the heating on at the moment with mild temperatures outside (about 18 degress during the day). We hope you will have a better stay next time.

Dear Guests, many thanks for your review! We are glad to hear you enjoyed our location and breakfast. Unfortunately you must be mistaken by booking a family room, we do not offer any family rooms as you can see in our listing, it would always be a double room with extra bed so the size is then rightly a double room size as you mentioned. However, we are pleased to inform you that because of those misunderstandings on room sizes we have now removed the extra bed options, our maximum capacity for a room is now limited to two guests only. Next time you would have to book another single use room for your daughter, we are sure then all guests will be satisfied with the room size and improved comfort of stay. We look forward to seeing you again in the future!

Dear Guests Thank you for your review. Unfortunately your first sentence is not very clear to us. We clean every day and it is unfair to say the hotel is dirty. We assume you are angry because you brought too many children. Yes, one child is free but your brought 2 children which means you have overbooked the double room and can not stay with 4 guests in total. We are sorry you where not pleased with our stay but our guidelines are to be respected. Thank you.
