This cozy 2-bedroom apartment is ideal for a family of five, offering central heating, a spacious kitchen, and a relaxing conservatory. The balcony provides stunning views of the valley and the Alps, while the furnished garden and terrace invite you to enjoy barbecues and outdoor leisure. Nature lovers will find paradise in the Bernau high valley, with 100 km of hiking trails and thrilling mountain biking routes. Winter brings skiing adventures at the nearby Feldberg ski area. Day trips to Schluchsee (12 km), Freiburg (50 km), and Switzerland (40 km) add variety to your stay. Supermarkets and restaurants are conveniently located just 200 m away. Children are well catered for with a high chair, play equipment, and a dedicated bed. A small garden house with a fitness room is available during snow-free months. Lage ist toll mit Blick über Bernau und schön ruhig. Direkt hinter dem Haus beginnen schöne Wanderwege. Matratzen sind bequem. WLAN funktioniert. Alles bestens und gerne wieder. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, trotzdem man im Ort Bernau ist. Es gibt auch einen Spielplatz, einen Bäcker, eine Sparkasse, verschiedene Gaststätten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Alb und der Albwanderweg mit einem weiteren Spielplatz sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Bernau ist auch ein prima Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im Hochschwarzwald. Der Vermieter ist vor Ort und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen. ##### Michael M. Viele Zeitvertreibe sind schon in der Wohnung vorhanden: Bogen schiessen, Video, Spiele und vieles mehr inmitten des schönen Schwarzwaldes haben zu einem schönen Aufenthalt beigetragen.
