### Ferienwohnung Hochfelln für 1-3 Personen (30 qm)

Herzlich Willkommen am Wastelbauerhof! Unser voll bewirtschafteter Hof liegt sehr ruhig, idyllisch und in einer unberührten Natur, ungefähr drei Kilometer vom Chiemsee entfernt. Auf einem schönen Fuß- und Radweg kann der Chiemsee problemlos erreicht werden. Direkt vom Hof aus können Sie nach Lust und Laune anspruchsvolle oder familienfreundliche Wander- und Moutenbike-Touren unternehmen. Kinder werden sich am Wastelbauerhof rundum wohlfühlen. Ein großer Spielplatz mit Kletterturm-Rutsche, Schaukel, Wippe, großem Trampolin, Sandkasten und Karussell, lädt ein zum Herumtoben und Spaß haben. Sogar ein ganzer Tret-Traktor-Fuhrpark und verschiedene Kettkarts stehen für die Kinder bereit und warten auf ein Rennen. Viele verschiedene Tiere wie Kühe, Ponys, Katzen, Hasen, Enten etc. sind zum Liebhaben und Streicheln da. Gerne nehmen wir die Kinder auch mit zum Traktorfahren, Melken oder Füttern der Tiere und mit viel Glück besteht sogar die Möglichkeit eine Kälbergeburt hautnah zu erleben. Eine Besonderheit des Wastelbauerhofs, ist das eigene Cafe mit Seeblick. Nehmen Sie sich eine Auszeit und genießen Sie unsere hausgemachten Kuchen und Torten, gebacken von der Konditormeisterin Viktoria. Die Verwendung von regionalen Produkten liegt uns sehr am Herzen. Besonders zu empfehlen ist unser Zwetschgen-Datschi mit Zwetschgen aus dem hauseigenen Obstgarten oder unsere Eisbecher-Variationen mit Rinser-Natur-Eis aus dem Chiemgau. Am Morgen können Sie unser reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet genießen und gestärkt in einen neuen Urlaubstag starten. Ein außergewöhnlicher Bauernhofurlaub am Chiemsee ist garantiert! Der kinderfreundliche Wastelbauerhof im Herzen vom Chiemgau. Abseits vom Straßenverkehr liegt der Wastelbauerhof in einer landschaftlich herrlichen und ruhigen Lage. Unsere neuen 5-Sterne-Ferienwohnungen, sowie unsere neurenovierten Ferienwohnungen und Zimmer, laden ein zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen. Während die Kinder sich im Spielplatz austoben, oder Zeit mit den Streicheltieren verbringen, können Sie in unserem Hofcafe mit Seeblick unsere Vielfalt an Kuchen und Torten, gebacken von der Konditormeisterin Viktoria genießen. Nutzen Sie auch unser reichhaltiges, regionales Frühstücksbuffet und ein gelungener Start in den Tag kann beginnen. Die zentrale Lage unseres Hofes gilt bei unseren Gästen als Geheimtipp in die großen Ski- und Rodelgebiete der Region. In nur wenigen Autominuten erreichen Sie die großen Skiwelten wie z.B. Ski amadé, Kitzbühel, Kössen, St. Johann, Hohe Salve, Reit im Winkl um nur einige zu nennen.  Unsere Ferienwohnung Hochfelln bietet eine Wohnfläche für 2 Personen, zusätzlich ist noch Raum, um ein Zustellbett oder ein Babybett zu integrieren. Der gesamte Wohn-, Schlafbereich umfasst ca. 30 qm und beinhaltet ein Doppelbett, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, eine Eckbank, sowie einen Flachbildschirm. Von diesem Raum aus können Sie den eigenen, abgetrennten Balkon nutzen und die Berglandschaft in der Morgensonne genießen. Das freundliche, großzügige Badezimmer ist mit Dusche/WC ausgestattet.
