Poor
Everything a bit dented and old, not clean (stains on carpet and towels), used capsules in the nespresso machine. Reception not staffed at most time involving a wait and when there cannot help. WiFi did not work despite asking multiple times. Staff is rude and unhelpful.

Bad and expensve
No assistance at the check-in, had to call a number with a person who wasn't sure on how I was supposed to get in, had to spend 20 min walking around the building before finding the secondary entrance he was mentioning. The rooms are ugly and mine in particular had a very unpleasant smell, had to sleep the whole night with window open to make the situation better. The hotel says they have a parking for guests, but this in not true. Overall I spent more than average in Biel for a room per each night, I would say not worth it at all..

Lovely hotel very close to the train station. Updated rooms and comfortable bed. I only stayed for one night, but it was perfect for an overnight stay.

Nice room, poor breakfast.
The room was okay, clean and everything you'd expect to find was there. Could of perhaps done with some instructions for the Nespresso coffee machine in the room, but I figured it out eventually. Only complaint would be the breakfast. It was poor for the money. The hot stuff was cold and the cold stuff wasn't replenished quickly enough.

One of Biel’s best
Very nice hotel right in the centre of Biel. Great rooftop restaurant. Downside is that the walls very thin so if you get a noisy neighbour it can be a problem. The reception isn’t manned very often. But overall a good experience been a few times for business, still the best in Biel.

Excellent location, but bed not very comfortable
Excellent location, close to the railway station and city center, with very good adjacent restaurant and bar. Valet parking is not available as stated on Hotels.com: you have to drive to the railway station parking lot (28 CHF per day). Breakfast room on last floor offers excellent views of the city. Bed and pillows are very stiff, bed is also small size. Friendly and helpful reception desk.

Front desk was not always staffed, with multiple calls and trips down required to get a hold of someone. My hallway smelled like cigarettes. They didn't actually clean the room or change the sheets each day, just tidied up a bit. I expected a little more from such a nice hotel. Also, there was either construction in the morning or loud neighbors. My stay was fine for two quick nights, but not sure I'd go again.

The only redeeming quality here is the fitness facility. The rooms are in horrible need of renovations, when booking a king-two twin beds pushed together does not constitute a king bed. Overall stay elsewhere.

Loved hotel, but make choices to make stay perfect
Good location for work requirements. Mislead by "Valet Parking" statement - no there isn't! and parking is at the station carpark, some 5-10 mins drive and 10-15 mins walk back. Restaurant not open on Monday night, and reception provide "Happy hour" advert, misleading, but it is only available in Summer! Rooms are very comfortable and clean - great service, but the walls are paper thin. I had a snoring monster and pleb that was on the phone at 4a.m and could hear the mobile alerts through the wall. Sleep disturbed at least 3 times in the early morning, so knackered and annoyed when I got up! Restaurant was comfy and good breakfast. Evening meal was very tasty and staff brilliant. Bit pricey, but this is CH, and there is choice locally. Facilities great and the Wellness centre, free for guests, fantastic. Will def stay here again, but ask for a corner room. As notified, they had renovations ongoing, but hardly noticed. Just a minor whiff of paint. Overall, loved it and given souvenier umrella when departed and raining.xx

It was a business trip. The hotel is very well located. The rooms are quite small however. They have a small restaurant that specializes in beef that is quite refined. Oveeall a pleasant stay. If I were to come back, I would request a larger room.

bit disappointed
No parking facilities at hotel, restaurant was closed due to a bankholiday. Reason for choosing this hotel was fitness & facilities. Both were closed for a whole week. i was not made aware of it. not a great service

The room as sold as a suite, but was in fact a junior suite. A suite has a separate bedroom where this one has on Wall in between living and bed room

Nice Hotel in heart of Biel
This hotel is nice and so is the staff!!! Mirella greeted me when I checked in and informed me I was upgraded. It was such a nice surprise to have an upgraded large room, it really made my day. Everyone at this hotel is quick to help and make you feel right at home.
